Cagliari Port Safety Report
TECSA S.p.A. on behalf of Cagliari Port Authority developed in only three months the safety report of the industrial port of Cagliari. The safety report has been approved without any comments on 10th December 2009 by all the parties and all the Authorities having jurisdiction. Safety report includes an extensive quantitative risk assessment that have been developed using a number of advanced calculation tools coming from the international experience and literature on the matter. Some of them, extensively used and validated in the North Europe seas, have been applied in this occasion for the first time in an important industrial and commercial port of the Mediterranean sea. Ports, piers and marine terminals safety assessments, quantitative risk analysis, consequences assessment and safety-security audits are actually one of the main expert activities of TECSA S.p.A.
